Service policy

Welcome to the online grocery shopping service provided by olympigo.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms constitute the core agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Platform regarding product transactions and service usage, covering the entire process, including order management, payment rules, logistics and delivery, and after-sales support. Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms before registering an account, browsing products, or submitting an order. Your use of the Platform's services constitutes your agreement to all of these Terms.
The Platform provides users with online display, consultation, ordering, payment, and delivery services for a curated selection of global grocery products. Product categories include, but are not limited to, household groceries, kitchen ingredients and utensils, cleaning and care products, and personalized cultural and creative items. Specific product listings are subject to the Platform's real-time display.
Natural persons aged 18 or above with full civil capacity, or legally registered enterprises, individual businesses, and other organizations, may register to use the Platform's services. Users under the age of 18 must register with a legal guardian, who will assist in completing transactions. Users must ensure that the identity information and contact information (such as an email address) provided during registration are true, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, it must be promptly updated in the "Personal Center." Users are solely responsible for any transaction disputes or losses arising from inaccurate information.
After a user selects a product on the platform, confirms the delivery address, payment method, and other information, and submits an order, the system will generate an order number, which will be deemed a purchase offer. The platform will review the order information (product inventory, delivery address validity, payment channel status, etc.) within one hour. Once the review is passed and payment is confirmed, the order becomes effective (i.e., the sales contract between the two parties is established). Orders that fail the review will be automatically canceled, and any payments made will be refunded.
Users may complete payment through supported third-party payment channels (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay) or bank transfer. The specific payment method will be displayed on the order checkout page. All payment transactions must comply with national payment and settlement laws and regulations and the rules of payment institutions.
All product prices on the platform are inclusive of tax (except for specially marked imported goods, which already include duties and customs clearance fees). The order amount is based on the price at the time of order submission. Subsequent price adjustments will not affect the amount of existing orders. If tax changes are caused by adjustments to national tax policies, the additional taxes will be borne by the platform (for existing orders) or announced in advance on the product details page (for new orders).
After an order is shipped, the platform will send a tracking number via SMS or account message. Users can check the shipping progress in "My Orders" or through the courier company's official website/app. If the shipping information has not been updated for more than 48 hours, users can contact customer service for tracking assistance. Upon receiving the goods, the user or recipient must verify the quantity, appearance, and packaging of the goods. If any damage, shortage, or misdelivery is found, the user must immediately take photos (including the goods, packaging, and tracking number) and refuse to sign for the goods. The user must also contact customer service within 24 hours to request after-sales service. If the user has already signed for the goods (including those signed for by the recipient), the goods are deemed to be free of surface defects. If any subsequent claims of external damage are raised, the platform cannot directly verify the claim and the user must negotiate with the courier or provide further supporting documentation.

Users can submit a return or exchange request through "My Orders - Request After-sales Service" and upload relevant supporting documentation. Customer service will review the request within 24 hours. Upon approval, the user must return the goods to the designated address within 3 days (Customer service will notify you via email) and enter the return tracking number in the system. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned goods, the platform will process a refund (return to the original shipping address) or resend the goods within 1-3 business days. This platform may modify these Terms in accordance with national legal and regulatory updates, business adjustments, or technological upgrades. The modified terms will be prominently posted on the platform's homepage and notified via the user's registered email address or SMS. These changes will take effect 7 days after the posting. If a user disagrees with the modified terms, they may cease using the platform and cancel their account. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

If a user violates these Terms (such as malicious fraudulent orders, misappropriation of another person's account, or provision of false information), this platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account, freeze any outstanding balances (if any), and pursue legal action. In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments) or platform termination, this platform will publicly announce the termination 30 days in advance and will process refunds and uncompleted orders. Any disputes arising between users and this platform arising from the use of its services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate litigation in the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of this platform.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
