This information can improve shopping efficiency (for example, you don't need to re-enter your address each time you order) and receive birthday-specific grocery discounts. Not providing this information will not affect basic shopping functionality. To complete the product delivery and transaction cycle, you must provide the recipient's name, contact number, and detailed delivery address (including province/city/district, street address, and address). When making a payment, you must provide your payment account information (such as the last four digits of your bank card number and your third-party payment platform account ID). We do not store sensitive payment data such as your full bank card password or payment verification code; we only synchronize payment results to confirm order status.
When you browse our website, search for grocery items (such as "kitchen storage boxes" and "vintage cultural and creative products"), view product detail pages, or participate in promotions, we collect your device information (device model, operating system, IP address, browser type, device unique identifier), browsing behavior (product categories viewed, duration of visit, click paths, items added to cart but not purchased), and search keywords. This information is anonymized and not linked to your real identity.
If you participate in product reviews, review sharing (uploading photos/videos of product use), or community discussions (such as sharing grocery product reviews on WeChat), your proactively posted content and interaction history will be collected and used to optimize product recommendations and enrich user shopping guides. Log in to your olympigo.com account and go to "Personal Center" to view your registration information (phone number, email address), delivery address, order history, and browsing history. Click "Edit" next to the corresponding information to change your phone number (requires SMS verification), update your delivery address, or delete uncommon addresses. Changes take effect immediately. If you need to delete non-essential information (such as browsing history and delivery addresses for completed orders), you can do so in "Personal Center - Privacy Settings." To cancel your account, you can submit a request through "Personal Center - Account Security - Account Cancellation" or contact customer service at service@olympigo.com for assistance. After account cancellation, we will delete all your personal information within 7 business days (unless required by law or regulations) and will no longer use your account for services. If you do not want us to recommend products based on your browsing behavior, you can turn off the "Personalized Recommendations" function in "Personal Center - Privacy Settings". After turning it off, general product recommendations will be displayed without affecting other services; if you do not want to receive marketing text messages or emails, you can click the "Unsubscribe" button in the received message, or cancel the corresponding notification authorization in the account settings.
